Service description — Clear Financial & Insurance services, Inc is a independent agency offering Medicare products.  Texting is used to communicate with current clients or prospective clients.  This includes,  casual conversation, meetings, appointments, billing issues and plan questions.  Essentially anything having to do with your insurance plan current or future.

Eligibility — age requirements (must be 18+)

User obligations — User can opt in to accept correspondence via text as a way of communication to and from a Clear financial & Insurance Services, Inc. licensed agent.

Dispute resolution — You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensor's and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensor's, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of texts communications, including your violation of law. arbitration or jurisdiction clause
